About the 3T Core Conditioning System
The 3T’s is a Core Conditioning System which is based on proper body alignment for strength and optimal function. A solid understanding of what the core is, and is not, is provided so the participant can then practice the 3T’s anywhere. It is simple and easy to do all the while working on alignment, whole body health and a strong core!
Don’t be worried about what your core looks like – worry about what it does for you!
Alignment takes place with use of the 3T theories and processes and a series of corrective and strengthening exercises. We will measure and record the alignment prior and during the process.
Strengthening is the next step and is measured during the process. The use of the 3T’s allows for constant reminders of the proper alignment during any exercise. We will slowly challenge the core with many different types of exercises.
After you strengthen the core in its proper alignment we can then begin to challenge the core to work in many different planes of movement safely.
The system is progressive and can be started in any place depending on your current health, physical activity level and knowledge level.
